I remember how to freshwater fish!

Responsible people who work 5x12 shifts would sleep between work shifts.  I on the other hand buy a pile of 5 hour energy and go fishing...

Wrightsville Beach

Spent a day in Wrightsville beach fishing.  I caught a number of undersized flounder, a few sea trout, blues, and 4 massive stingrays with over a 4 ft wingspan, and 1 shark.  I was fishing alone so I didn't get very many pictures.  Here's a sample:

Sharks!

Last week doing some night fishing at the pier I landed a 30ish pound nurse shark. I  didn't think about posting this until just now.

Kayaking the inter-costal

The surf was too rough this weekend to fish off the piers.  Waves looked to be about 6-10ft and soaked the piers with ease so we rented a couple of kayaks and poked around the inter-costal for a few hours.  I landed a few undersized trout, redfish, a jack, and a couple of cats.  On our way back we crossed paths with a pod of dolphins too!

Sebastian Inlet

Ben & I found a new fishing spot this weekend!  We didn't catch anything Sunday, but Monday a school of Jack Crevalle found their way into the area. We didn't take pictures of the fish at the pier because as we figured out Monday morning.. It's very wet there!

New truck!

I got around to getting a set of wheels.  It's year model 2000, 167k miles.  Runs very well too!
