Bow hunting with the wife

When out hunting last Sunday with the wife.  Did not see anything but we had a good time in the woods.

My step son Matt took a six pointer this morning.  His first bow kill, I'm proud of him.  I had no luck however,yet I'm happy for him.  We got meat in the freezer now.

2013 Deer Season Prep

Well it's that time of year again.  Set the trail cam out last weekend and checked the pics yesterday.  No bait was on the pile but as you can see, I have some interesting things happening.  I have coons (always), (2) does, and something that looks like a wolf or a coyote.  Any thoughts as to which?

Hell of a first!

I took my room mate fishing with me today and he landed his first ever largemouth!  ~17" and 5-6 pounds!  Say hi Ben!

Storms

Went out fishing for a bit today and this nasty storm was slowly rolling in.  No fish today!

Thinking about some fond memories of my two most favored places to fish in Michigan while I work!
